Sanders is more popular among youngest and independent voters than Clinton. WBUR/MassINC poll shows that Sanders has a 28-point lead among the youngest voters over Clinton, while both the candidates are nearly tied among voters over 60.
CNN/WMUR poll found that 61% of likely voters saying they think Sanders will win, while 25% expect a Clinton victory.
NBC/WSJ/Marist finds that not only does Sanders lead Clinton by 20 points among likely Democratic primary voters in New Hampshire, he also leads her among independents (69 percent to 26 percent), men (70 percent to 25 percent), and those ages 18-29 (76 percent to 24 percent). Sanders also is ahead of Clinton in New Hampshire among groups with which the former secretary of state typically performs well -- Democrats (51 percent to 46 percent) and women (50 percent to 46 percent). "So far in New Hampshire, it's all Sanders as Clinton faces an uphill fight," says pollster Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion.
